Ketch is a registered locksmith offering professional door-lock and repair services to residential, commercial and government clients across Singapore. We believe in doing our best, honestly, every time. This is our livelihood; our reputation is on the line with every door we work on.
No cutting corners. We are particular about workmanship and careful when we work, avoiding or minimising any damage in the process. After every install we run our own functional and safety checks, then walk the customer through the same checks themselves — and through how to use the new hardware where applicable. The job isn’t finished until that’s done.
We clean up after ourselves. We only recommend and supply tested, proven hardware. And we never compromise on lock quality — the right balance of function, safety and value is what protects you long after we’ve gone.
Ketch locksmiths are professionally accredited by the UK Locksmiths Association (UKLA). We trained in England under certified, highly experienced professionals and abide by the UKLA’s standards on workmanship and clear pricing.
Singapore has many capable locksmiths — and many more untrained handymen and transient amateurs not registered with the authorities. UKLA membership is how we put a name, a guild and a reputation behind every job we take.
Ketch is registered in Singapore, accredited by the UKLA, and carries full liability insurance. The insurance protects both us and our clients against accidental damage to property — the locksmith equivalent of motor cover.

Our locksmiths have over 25 years of collective experience across residential, commercial and workplace settings — from lock changes to door and grill repair, anywhere on the island.
We send our team for skills-development and upgrading courses to keep up with the latest techniques and technologies, and we communicate clearly in fluent English with a working second language (Mandarin) so the conversation around your door is never the friction.
We only use proven, professional tools from leading manufacturers in the US, Japan and Germany. Cutting corners on equipment risks the customer’s property — and our reputation. Neither is worth the saving.
Every tool and piece of equipment is service-checked daily. Reliable, serviceable, clean and ready to deploy. Like us, our kit is always on standby.
