Service 01 / Priority

Replacing the locks you’ve outgrown.

Traditional deadbolts, mortice locks and cylinders that are old, faulty, or no longer matched to the door they sit in. We replace them with hardware appropriate to your home — not whichever one happens to be in the van.

When to replace

Five quiet signs your lock is finished.

  1. 01
The key needs persuasion.Wiggling, lifting, half-turning — small rituals that mean the cylinder is worn past tolerance.
  2. 02
The bolt sticks on humid days.Singapore weather doesn’t break good locks. It exposes ones that were already failing.
  3. 03
You inherited keys.Bought, rented, or moved in — you do not know who else holds a copy.
  4. 04
It’s older than fifteen years.Mechanisms in tropical climates do not age in straight lines.
  5. 05
You have started to think about it.You usually don’t think about your locks. That you are now is the answer.
