Ketch Services maintains appropriate insurance to cover certain risks, including business interruptions due to property damage, public authority orders, or utility failures, and liability for accidental injury or property damage to third parties. In the event of such disruptions or incidents, our liability is limited to the extent of our insurance coverage. We shall not be responsible for any consequential losses beyond this coverage.
1.4 — Service Modifications. Ketch Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services (including locksmith and digital lock services) at any time due to operational, regulatory, or other circumstances. We will notify customers as reasonably practicable.
2.1 The Service is owned and operated by Ketch Services, a company registered in Singapore at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #07-54 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051 (UEN: 53467029J; GST Reg. No.: M9-0008879-T; UKLA Certification: Member No. 8072).
2.2 All content on this Service, including text, graphics, images, logos, software, and other materials (the “Content”), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the Content belong to Ketch Services or its licensors.
3.1 Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service. Please review it to understand how we handle your information in compliance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

10.1 Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the matter shall proceed to mediation in Singapore before litigation in Singapore courts.
10.2 You agree to indemnify Ketch Services against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms.
All payments for services (cash, PayNow, PayLah!, or major credit cards) are processed securely. Payment terms are agreed at the time of service and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
