Attempted to save me money, and tried to get it working but the spring mechanism failed. $150 got me a shiny new lockset. And a true professional with an easy-going demeanour. This chap won’t rip u off…Highly recommended!”
“Got home from a super long flight this morning to find my lock dead and I was stuck outside. Tried calling a few places but none picked up. Found Ken who promptly answered. Ken was very assuring and told me it may take some time but he will get the lock opened. Really appreciate his help. His number is saved in my phone book though I hope I don’t get locked out too often!”

Basically old, over 25 years, so recommended rather than trying to repair, better just to change to a new one, nice one too, not ex. Pity about the old wooden door knob, hard to find now. Fast, efficient, polite, even pleasant to chat with. And English speaking is always a plus!”
